Abstract The emergence of the Quant PE House* reflects a broader transformation in Private Equity toward increasingly data-driven investment, governance, and value creation practices. While financial, commercial, and operational performance indicators are becoming progressively measurable, the collective human systems responsible for executing value creation strategies remain largely assessed through qualitative judgment. This paper introduces the concept of Human Capital Alpha as a potential new frontier of value creation. It argues that leadership alignment, governance quality, collective execution capability, and organizational adaptability represent critical yet insufficiently measured determinants of enterprise performance. Building on recent developments in Human Due Diligence and Human Capital Intelligence, the paper explores how collective human dynamics may become a measurable component of modern investment and value creation frameworks. Keywords: Private Equity; Human Capital Alpha; Human Due Diligence; Human Capital Intelligence; Quant PE House; Value Creation.
