Critical-propositional analysis explores dimensional exclusivity in philosophy of physics, indicating implications for modal ontology.
This article presents a critical-propositional analysis of Fumiyoshi Tamura’s work The Dimensional Exclusivity of Existence: An Elimination Proof from Minimal Closed Boundary Structures (2026), in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity. The analysis examines Tamura’s thesis that dimensional existence is structurally exclusive: a minimal existence structure in dimension d cannot preserve its original existence conditions when reduced, fragmented, or collapsed into another dimensional regime. The article argues that Tamura’s eliminatory method, based on the testing of proper substructures for affine dimension, positive volume, closed boundary, and complete support, offers a relevant formal contribution to the modal discipline of the Theory of Objectivity. In particular, the article identifies strong points of compatibility with the Law of the Logical Minimum, the necessity of structural completeness, the non-preservation of existence through incomplete substructures, and the role of boundary as a condition of existence. At the same time, the analysis emphasizes a decisive distinction already developed in the Theory of Objectivity: Tamura’s dimensional structures belong to a post-differentiation level, whereas the Perfect Sphere of the Theory of Objectivity represents logical Nothingness as a prior condition, without determined center, without filling, without inner void, and without physical volume. Thus, Tamura’s contribution is interpreted not as a description of the absolute origin of existence, but as a formal model for the preservation of dimensional structures after differentiation has already emerged. The article also articulates Tamura’s proposal with the foundational bibliography of the Theory of Objectivity, its recent developments, and supporting works in philosophy of physics, cosmology, modal ontology, and methodological classification. It further discusses the possible relation between dimensional exclusivity, the Inductive Effects, the cosmological eras of the Theory of Objectivity, and the later emergence of phenomenic elements and information-radiation.
