Working paper develops the retrocausal boundary term H_BC in quantum physics, suggesting new methodologies.
— This working paper (NQOT VIII, v1.3) settles a formal debt of the NQOT series: the mathematical development of the retrocausal boundary term H_BC(φf). The Küpan operator (K̂) is interpreted within the Two-State Vector Formalism (TSVF). The contribution is methodological: it rigorously distinguishes the TSVF structure as established quantum physics from the ancestral interpretation of the post-selected state ⟨φf| as the propositional NQOT layer. H_BC is shown to be an effective, anti-Hermitian term emerging from the anomalous (imaginary) part of the Hamiltonian's weak value. A falsifiable signature is derived, framed as a contrast of the envelope √((1−κ)/κ) against κ, discriminating the Küpan-quantum channel from the classical epigenetic one. New in v1.3: §3 reinforced with the anti-Hermiticity argument for H_BC (replacing the earlier unitarity claim) and a methodological caveat flagging the Hamiltonian's weak value as generator as an interpretive move. §5 (envelope-shape contrast, introduced in v1.2) is unchanged. —
