This is the author’s second article under the new vacuance concept, following the firstformal presentation and WP/A15 derivation of the fine-structure constant.This paper presents, in self-contained form, the cyclic cosmology of the framework. Cosmologicalcontraction converts the surface energy of the ordered medium into disordered excitation;at a threshold the long-range crystalline order of the vacuum melts, and the melt — nota hard kinematic wall — reverses the contraction. The medium itself is non-rupturableand survives; what is destroyed and re-created each cycle is its ordered phase, and with itevery particle, charge, and field. Recrystallisation is driven by the excess surface energy ofdisorder. The nontrivial post-bounce problem is not why a cold expanded medium turns backtoward compression — that follows naturally from the monotonic contact-energy assumption— but why expansion continues after the WP/A15 order has already been restored.
