The Unary Field Theory (UFT) predicts a Starobinsky-type inflationary phase driven by the non-minimal coupling ξΨ†ΨRof the unary field Ψto gravity. In the large-field regime, the Einstein-frame potential takes the form U(χ)∝1−4exp(−2/3χ/MPl), yielding inflationary observables ns=0.9643and r=0.00383for N=56e-folds—excellent agreement with Planck 2018 constraints (ns=0.9649±0.0042, r<0.035). Unlike conventional inflation models, the inflaton is the radial mode σ(x)of the same Ψfield that constitutes dark matter and dark energy, unifying early-universe inflation with late-time cosmology. The paper also outlines the detection strategy for the predicted CMB B-mode bump at ℓ∼85–95using LiteBIRD and CMB-S4. This work is part of the UFT series; for the foundational framework, see the main paper: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21186809.
