This paper elaborates the meta-logical origin of the axiomatic system of Time Field Theory (TFT). Starting from the SI operational definition of time (counting of cesium atomic periodic motion), we prove that the core axioms of TFT are not artificial ad-hoc hypotheses, but inevitable logical deductions derived from three fundamental meta-facts: the metrological definition of time, gravitational modulation of all local motion, and the self-consistent describability of physical laws. The mirror equivalence between spatial motion and intrinsic time elapse rate is strictly demonstrated, and the orthogonal Pythagorean velocity decomposition relation (Axiom 2) is uniquely determined by mirror symmetry. The paper completes two mutually supportive argument chains: intuitive physical mirror symmetry reasoning, and rigorous deduction from time operational definition, eliminating the reader’s doubt that TFT axioms are "assumptions". The whole logical chain requires no extra physical postulates, only relies on established metrology and observational facts, and unifies gravitational time dilation, kinematic time dilation, light deflection and Mercury perihelion precession within a self-consistent flat Euclidean framework. This manuscript serves as the meta-logical preamble of the core TFT monograph Time Field Theory (TFT): Axiomatic Foundation, Dynamics and Classical Gravitational Tests, and provides the fundamental philosophical and metrological groundwork for the whole theory.
