Assesses innovation strategies in firms, highlighting the efficacy of quantum decision-making methods.
Traditional decision-making methods struggle to mitigate the mutual influence of expert opinions and other interference effects. Moreover, when characterising the prospect probability of a solution, only objective data are considered while subjective factors are neglected. Therefore, this paper focuses on applying quantum decision-making theory to evaluate product alternatives in private enterprises. First, to address interference effects and related phenomena in enterprise product evaluation, a model based on quantum decision-making that takes into account the interference effects among experts is established. Then, in response to trust transmission problems among experts, an integrated model is established. Finally, the prospect probability and quantum decision-making are integrated to build a model that makes benefit and risk calculations more accurate. Consequently, this paper comprehensively considers two product innovation strategies, independent research and development and technology introduction, and constructs an evaluation model based on quantum decision-making to solve these challenges.
