A 3D Medium Operatorial Framework for Environmental Tidal Response: Complete Working Paper and v3.0.0 Negative Metric-Gate Status Update

This Zenodo record archives version 3.0.0 of the Geometria e tempo emergente project, branch 3D Membrane/Medium Environmental Response Framework. This release should be read as an exploratory, claim-gated scientific archive. It preserves the previously published 3D medium/operatorial diagnostic framework and adds a negative metric-gate status update after the V993–V1001 audit sequence. The project has produced a reproducible operatorial environmental tidal-response framework and a documented audit trail. It has not produced a validated physical theory of gravity, dark matter, or dark energy. The defensible 3D layer remains an operatorial/diagnostic framework based on density-grid inputs, weak-field tidal/electric-Weyl-like proxy diagnostics, radial environmental source reduction, and an auxiliary screened response. The prior public version integrated the Z-line all-sigma operatorial coverage and the GR effective-source diagnostic branch. Those results remain preserved as operatorial and diagnostic outputs only. The new v3.0.0 update records the negative V993–V1001 audit of attempted routes from the operatorial 3D medium framework toward physical gravity. With the current assets, no non-circular derivation has been obtained for a physical metric, universal matter/light coupling, Newtonian or Poisson limit, local PPN viability, true relativistic Weyl tensor, or SMS projected-Weyl structure. The residual 2D-inspired component is reclassified as an operatorial/EFT-inspired environmental memory-screening module only. The relation between the 3D core and the 2D/EFT residual is treated as architectural composition/bookkeeping between operatorial modules, not as a theorem, not as a non-trivial compatibility result, and not as a physical bridge to gravity. This release preserves both positive operatorial results and negative or blocked physical-upgrade routes. The GR effective-source diagnostic branch remains diagnostic only. S5 remains classified only as a phenomenological anisotropic-fluid diagnostic source. The formal NED reconstruction remains blocked by compact-support and Maxwell-limit issues. The simple canonical scalar route remains closed as a negative control. ENV_RESPONSE remains null-closed with current assets. This work is not peer reviewed. It does not claim a physical theory of gravity, a dark matter derivation, a dark energy derivation, an observational detection, a validated physical field, a local PPN pass, a Newtonian derivation, or a true relativistic Weyl calculation.
