Conceptual technical note presents a framework exploring solid-state cooling, implying future practical applications.
This conceptual technical note presents a hypothesis-driven framework for a Magnetocaloric Hybrid Regenerative Cycle (MCHR) for solid-state cooling. The work explores a possible system-level architecture that combines magnetocaloric refrigeration, LC-resonant electromagnetic field recovery, porous cascade regenerators, possible elastocaloric coupling, nanofluid or ferrofluid heat transfer, and MHD-assisted Venturi-type flow concepts. This study does not present experimental validation, prototype testing, measured COP values, finite-element validation, or verified cooling performance. All performance-related statements should be interpreted as preliminary hypotheses derived from existing literature. Further numerical modeling, material characterization, electromagnetic loss analysis, fluidic testing, and prototype-scale validation are required before the MCHR concept can be evaluated as a practical cooling architecture.
