Controlled-agent MVP prototype demonstrates local-first epistemic control system, indicating progress in prototype development.
This update records the AOIA-Core / AIOA Whitehat controlled-agent MVP as a working local prototype, marked here as tver1. The update is based on the repository checkpoint at commit 4c72724d94c71a9933f70839e07c0bcbe0e0606d on branch feature/m2-b0-provider-critic-inert-core. The prototype includes the completed controlled-agent safety block, prototype-freeze checkpoint, rebuilt local Operator Console, controlled Kimi/Moonshot operator-chat wiring, and inert Memory Runtime schemas for Tetrad Knowledge Objects and Pheromone Memory Tags. The project remains a local-first epistemic control system. Provider output is not authority. Metadata is not authority. Preview is not permission. Router/model selection is not permission. Human review, hash binding, gates, and audit evidence remain separate control boundaries. This record is a provenance and software-prototype update. It is not a claim of scientific validation, autonomous operation, provider trust, or production readiness.
