Theoretical framework introduces an OCTDS to modify observers' perception while preserving time.
This publication presents the fifth paper in the Quantum–Photonic Digital Soul (QPDS) theoretical research series. It introduces the Observer-Centered Temporal Decoupling System (OCTDS), a theoretical operational subsystem of the QPDS Interstellar Reconstruction Vessel (QIRV). The framework proposes a conceptual model in which advanced informational synchronization modifies the observer's perception while preserving the normal progression of physical time.
