This record contains the stand-alone manuscript package for Dimension-Transformer Unification of Gravity and the Four Forces: A Standard-Physics Readout Proof. The manuscript presents a dimension-transformer unification of gravity and the four force readouts from one closed mirror-depth wave state. The primitive object is a counter-rotating, non-collinear, shell-depth contact ledger with an outward electron-shell endpoint, an inward proton-depth endpoint, a neutral closure-burden ledger, and a route-gated 5:5 equality throat. Electromagnetic sign, gravitational closure burden, strong proton-depth core lock, and weak reclosure are treated as four projection readouts of this same closed-wave origin layer. The paper develops the origin grammar from internal bipolar comparison, contact-rotation polarity, the 5:5 synchronization throat, the 12-shell coordination ledger, the eight-depth inward address board, and the x-plus/z-minus dynamic-angle source. The dimension-transformer chain then maps the dimensionless origin ledger through Δ01, Δ12, Δ23, and Δ34 into the standard unit basis L, T, M, and Q, and into selected standard-physics equation structures. CODE 8100-624 supplies the direct standard-readout proof. It reports direct four-force standard-target errors of 0.000222275616% for α, 0.001961707470% for α_s(M_Z), 0.000898057997% for G_F, and 0.004058958230% for α_G(pp)^−1. Across 24 predictive numerical targets, including masses, constants, 3D/4D geometric readouts, force readouts, and dimensionless comparisons, the mean error is 0.001364172097%, the maximum error is 0.004503326180%, and the maximum dimension-vector error is 0%. CODE 8100-625 supplies the downstream standard-physics proof closure. It separates d^4/N_d as a dimensionless projection lens rather than a final energy law, proves closure-burden equivalence by producing zero Eötvös ratio and zero test-body acceleration spread, connects the strong depth-gradient seed to QCD beta-running behavior, and connects the weak reclosure seed to G_F, the electroweak scale, and a muon-decay lifetime calculation. The completed claim is an origin-layer proof chain: a counter-rotating closed-wave mirror-depth ledger supplies a unified grammar for gravity and the four interaction projections; the dimension-transformer chain connects that grammar to selected standard unit structures, equation structures, constants, masses, force targets, and 3D/4D readouts; and the downstream proof lemmas connect the readout seeds to projection-lens separation, equivalence cancellation, QCD running behavior, electroweak-scale recovery, and muon-decay lifetime calculation. This package is prepared for independent circulation, reproducibility, and provenance tracking. It includes the manuscript and associated proof code, output, ledger, and figure assets.
