Based on the Specific-Locus Amplified Fragment (SLAF) sequencing data of Oreolalax rhodostigmatus, a total of 184 individuals from 20 geographic populations were included. Additionally, four outgroup individuals were incorporated for phylogenetic tree construction: two Oreolalax omeimontis and two Oreolalax major.
