Examines localization and sign selection of a residual cosmological constant, suggesting new theoretical insights.
Version v1.0.0, 9 July 2026. This record is the first public consolidated source-assignment bundled edition of the GCV value/sign module for a flux-fixed residual cosmological constant Lambda_eff. The paper imports the source-assigned GR-exact branch: exact spacetime-constant vacuum contributions are assigned to the global flux/topological sector while local excitations remain local, leaving Lambda_eff as a residual flux-fixed branch label rather than a freely running local coupling. This record is not the first public disclosure of the component claims. Earlier timestamped component records established the residual Lambda_eff interpretation, the operational measurement-conditioning baseline, the three-bottleneck value closeout, the UV-derived overlap-share localization mechanism, and the Positive-Lambda sign-viability module. The present bundled paper consolidates those public components into one self-contained value/sign manuscript using source assignment as the upstream premise. It does not reset or replace the priority trail of the component records. The scoped result is value localization and sign selection on the source-assigned residual branch. The overlap-share moment map identifies d* = K n_eff^2 / L ≈ 187.23 and the operational interval d_SA = {178, 180, ..., 206}. At the representative benchmark d ≈ 192, the reweighted posterior has med_M = 1.024, med_D = 1.018, P_band = 0.814, and an effectively vanishing large-x tail across eight benchmark variants. Sign is treated separately: conservative sign-symmetric scans yield a positive bias, while stronger magnitude-conditioned hard-cut benchmarks give f_+ >= 0.920 and f_+ >= 0.946. The paper is a scoped module result. It is not a standalone proof of full GCV programme closure, not a unique ultraviolet completion, not a complete cosmological measure, and not a UV theorem forcing Lambda_eff > 0. Online Resource 1 supplies the dependency map, public component timestamp map, benchmark provenance map, localization summary, sign-claim boundary, and Zenodo release-file note. homepage: https://johansson.digital
