Phenomenological framework demonstrates geometric renewal dynamics in dual–H4 geometry, opening new topological growth pathways.
Overview Part 37 of the Origin Geometry program developed the asymptotic transition mechanism of the dual–H4 cosmological branch [5]. It argued that when topological network growth becomes dynamically saturated, expansion no longer functions efficiently as the dominant stress-relief channel. Accumulated geometric frustration may then activate internal phason degrees of freedom, and if stress-induced forcing exceeds Peierls–Nabarro-like pinning barriers, the projected geometric realization may undergo a large-scale topological transition: W → W' where W is the internal-space projection window selecting which parent-structure elements become realized in the effective H4-projected network. The present Part asks the next question: what follows such a transition? Geometric Renewal and Projection Reopening We propose that a phason-mediated projection-window reorganization can reopen geometric accessibility channels that had become saturated in the previous cycle [6, 10–14]. The transition does not create spacetime from nothing. It changes the realized subset of a persistent E8-compatible geometric reservoir. Previously inaccessible or dynamically suppressed degrees of freedom may become accessible under the new projection rule W'. This accessibility reopening can restart topological growth, producing a new effective H4-like realization: H₄ → H'₄, H'₄ ≠ H₄ The new cycle is therefore neither an exact repetition nor a discontinuous creation event. It is a renewed realization of the same deeper geometric substrate under a different projection configuration. The Renewal Sequence We develop a phenomenological framework for this renewal process. The central sequence is: Topological Transition → Projection Reorganization → Accessibility Reopening → Topological Regrowth → New Geometric Expansion We also discuss geometric memory, effective initial conditions, entropy repartition between projected and internal configurational sectors [19–23], and the emergence of causal domains during early regrowth. The latter point provides the natural bridge to Part 39, where Kibble–Zurek dynamics and causal freeze-out will be developed as a possible framework for studying topological defect formation and its downstream OG implications for primitive mass structure, matter–antimatter separation, and dark-sector emergence [24–30]. Scope and Limitations The framework remains phenomenological. It does not claim that cyclic cosmology has been observationally established, does not replace General Relativity or ΛCDM, and does not derive precision cosmological parameters. Its purpose is to show how geometric renewal may arise internally from the projection dynamics of Origin Geometry.
