We present Chronos-Hydrodynamics (CH), a speculative research framework in which space is modeled as a Bose–Einstein condensate obeying the Gross–Pitaevskii equation. Matter is postulated as localized defects in the vacuum density field; gradient gating offers an interpretation of null precision tests in uniform vacuum. The primary falsifiable laboratory test is Prediction #7: whether Casimir ripple amplitude and interferometric visibility stay flat (QFT) or turn on past a threshold (CH) when a boundary-stress knob is scanned—with a mandatory flat control channel. A positive result would support a gradient-gated vacuum sector, not by itself the full CH ontology. Includes GPE forecasts, a pre-registered protocol, GRB 090510 reanalysis (null on void paths, also expected in QFT), and open-source verdict software.
