This record archives a finite-identity quantum-gravity submission package: a framework manuscript and supplement, together with replication packages for the promoted fixed-branch tests. The manuscript develops a finite-identity / causal-step-density framework from finite distinguishable identity, Identity Number Algebra, causal-step conservation, the causal-step density sigma_c, the Energy-Acceleration Law, and the fixed source/compression-drift-saturation-guard (SDUC) normal-form kernel. The cosmology application is treated as a separate source-and-ruler projection of the same frozen structural tuple. The uploaded replication packages cover: the main Planck-DESI-Pantheon cosmology likelihood inputs and results; the final converged cosmology chains; UVLF Stage-6 reconstruction; the fixed SPARC galaxy-rotation branch; public GWOSC strong-gravity proxy signal-template diagnostics; selected quantum/anomaly diagnostic windows; and a formal closure addendum. All promoted tests are reported under a no-retuning protocol: structural constants, branch rules, thresholds, and run protocols are frozen before the stated same-domain gates are evaluated. The scientific claim boundary is file-specific. The manuscript PDFs describe the theory, derivations, claim taxonomy, interpretation, and limitations. Each replication ZIP contains its own README, manifest or checksum file, verification scripts where applicable, and license files. The cosmology result is reported as a model-dependent Hubble-tension resolution candidate within the named likelihood and validation gates, not as a claim that all cosmological or astrophysical observables have been exhaustively replaced. The strong-gravity material is reported as an internal public-strain proxy diagnostic, not as external LVK validation or a replacement for LVK waveform and parameter-estimation pipelines. Technology or patent-facing material, where present, is downstream application context only and does not set, tune, or validate the structural constants or evidence gates. This record is intended to support independent reproduction and review of the frozen finite-identity branch and its stated tests. External validation can be performed by independent reviewers or groups using the released files without changing frozen constants, manifests, thresholds, or run protocols. Licensing. The manuscript PDFs are shared under the license selected for this Zenodo record. The included replication packages each contain their own LICENSE file; those terms govern use, copying, modification, and redistribution of the contents of that specific archive. The record-level license is not intended to relicense third-party materials or override upstream dataset terms. If wording appears inconsistent between record-level metadata and an archive-specific LICENSE, the LICENSE inside the archive controls for that archive's original contents. Third-party data. Where external observational catalogs or survey products are required, the replication packages provide bundled permitted data, download instructions, and/or source references. Users are responsible for complying with the upstream terms and policies of those datasets and providers. No ownership is claimed over third-party datasets, and all third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
