Description Within the framework of the continuous elastic Cosserat medium theory, we calculate the one-loop correction of the torsion field to the muon anomalous magnetic moment (g-2). The theoretical prediction is a_^torsion = (2. 3 0. 5) 10^-9. The difference between the Fermilab Muon g-2 experiment (2023) and the Standard Model theoretical value is a_^exp-SM = (2. 30 0. 69) 10^-9. The two values agree within 1σ, with a deviation < 0. 1. The torsion correction simultaneously explains the muon g-2 deviation and the electron g-2 null result — the electron's torsion correction is strongly suppressed by the electron front (< 10⁻¹²), consistent with experiment. No additional free parameters are introduced.
