This record contains the full set of supplementary department-level figures and plot-ready aggregated data files generated for the study on medical-exclusion data sources and colorectal cancer screening indicators in France. The archive includes:- 59 department-level supplementary figures;- 59 cleaned plot-ready CSV files;- source-line files used for figure annotation, where applicable;- a figure manifest;- a README file describing the archive content and data reuse conditions. The CSV files are aggregated at the department-by-screening-campaign level. They contain only plot-ready variables required to reproduce the supplementary figures. Raw and full analytical datasets are not included. The files are derived from aggregated public indicators made available by Santé publique France and from author-generated counterfactual estimates. The derived indicators, simulations and graphical outputs were produced by the authors and should not be interpreted as official estimates from Santé publique France. No individual-level health data, directly identifiable information, or patient-level records are included. Files are temporarily restricted during peer review. Access can be provided to editors and reviewers upon request. The R code used to generate these supplementary figures and plot-ready data files is available in the associated GitHub repository: https://github.com/akoivogui/French_CRCSP-medical-exclusions The reviewer-ready GitHub release corresponding to this archive is tagged `v1.0.0-reviewer`.
