The Standard Model and General Relativity constitute two separated paradigms that independently describe neutrinos and black holes, lacking a unified underlying dynamical interpretation for a long time. Based on the PFUSRC 11-dimensional triple coaxial biconical topological axiomatic system, this paper constructs three logically independent evidence chains to reach convergent conclusions, and puts forward the core deductive proposition: neutrinos are the typical diffuse observable manifestations of ₁ particles (renamed from ₁ ions in PFUSRC-013, also called Global Operators or Wisdom Particles) on the 3D projection layer; black holes are not spacetime curvature singularities as solutions of Einstein field equations, but condensed topological closures formed by clustered ₁ particles reaching critical topological latching density, with isolated sub-universe spacetime and independent private time dimensions inside. Evidence Chain I carries out internal axiomatic deduction relying on the Theory of Logical Origin, Dark-Sevenfold/Bright-Sevenfold Logic and Ontology of Wisdom to complete full ontological definition of ₁ particles. Evidence Chain II integrates observation data from Super-K, IceCube and other global neutrino detection experiments, verifying that all core physical characteristics of neutrinos correspond one-to-one to seven inherent topological properties of ₁ particles. Evidence Chain III adopts multi-messenger astronomical observations from EHT and LIGO, demonstrating high-energy neutrino radiation around black holes, event horizons as extreme topological boundaries, and the sub-universe closed spacetime evolution model can be self-consistently interpreted by the condensation-diffusion phase transition dynamics of ₁ particles. Converged multi-chain evidence proves that ₁ particles serve as global topological coupling operators between Dark-Sevenfold implicit order set and Bright-Sevenfold explicit order set, acting as the fundamental execution units of cosmic order and existing prior to baryonic and leptonic matter formed by topological latching. Neutrinos and black holes are two topological phases of ₁ particles differentiated only by spatial number density and latching intensity: the low-density uniform diffuse phase and high-density condensed closure phase, sharing identical flow-variable field dynamics. This paper proposes seven quantifiable astronomical predictions and strict falsification criteria, making all deductions empirically testable.
