This paper introduces a novel Stateless Cryptographic Key Generation (INK-FI) mechanism that completely eliminates the need for permanent key storage by utilizing sub-dermal pigmentation (tattoo) entropy, multi-modal biometrics, and spatiotemporal context. Key innovations include:1. Sub-dermal Pigmentation Entropy extraction (3D density, edge minutiae, depth).2. Multi-modal Biometric Fusion (Tattoo + Face + Iris + Fingerprint).3. Ephemeral "Ice Key" generation and instantaneous zeroization (< 0.1ms).4. NIST SP 800-90B entropy validation and ML-KEM-1024 / ML-DSA-87 Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) integration. * Note: This work is related to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2026-0126992, filed on July 10, 2026.
