This research explores the influence of digital silence on survey response rates among Generation Z. It examines how factors such as digital fatigue, privacy concerns, selective engagement, platform preference, and survey design affect participation in online surveys. The study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand behavioural intentions and proposes hypotheses and a questionnaire for future empirical research. The findings aim to help researchers and organizations improve survey engagement among Gen Z.
