Participants working 35–40 hours had lower odds of coronary heart disease (OR = 0.524; 95% CI 0.275–0.998) and angina (OR = 0.411; 95% CI 0.191–0.887) compared to those working 1–34 hours.
Those working 41–54 hours had reduced odds of angina (OR = 0.125; 95% CI 0.029–0.550).
Working ≥55 hours was associated with increased odds of hypertension (OR = 1.496; 95% CI 1.135–1.971).
