Forty-two scans were recorded with Trios 3, Sirios, and Helios 680 intraoral scanners.
Accuracy was assessed using Geomagic Control X by calculating 3D surface deviation.
Data normality and accuracy were evaluated with Shapiro–Wilk, Kolmogorov–Smirnov tests, and one-way ANOVA.
Sirios demonstrated the highest trueness but was statistically insignificant (p < 0.05).
All scanners achieved clinically acceptable trueness for full preparations.
Precision across the scanners was found to be similar.
