Research proposal to enhance clinical knowledge sharing through a structured co-development framework, facilitating clinician contributions.
A research proposal to let clinicians and other health professionals contribute to a shared, versioned, falsifiable clinical knowledge manifold without writing code, by extending the Verification-Gated Human-AI Co-Development (VGC) methodology into healthcare. Contributions are stated in natural language and routed through a multi-oracle gate (guideline conformance, outcome regression where data exists, second-clinician review, and parity-checking of deterministic sub-logic) before entering a shared manifold. VGC's six collaboration primitives are redefined for a clinical setting and one healthcare-specific primitive is added: a Regulatory Provenance Ledger recording which named, accountable clinician approved which version. The manifold is queried along three non-collapsing axes (domain: mind/body/society; care-setting; system) so a single gated assertion serves specialties and superspecialties, day-care through hospice, hospital management, epidemiology, drug-trial support, health-technology assessment, medical devices and medical robotics. A small, falsifiable pilot with pre-registered success metrics is specified, and threats to validity are stated candidly. The transferable contribution is the gate and a contribution path clinicians will actually use.
