Standard cosmology treats spacetime as a passive geometric background. The Elasticosmos RegenesisTheory (ERT) proposes spacetime is a material substance defined by 7 Cosmic Characteristics: Elasticity,Regeneration, Memory, Resistance, Coupling, Vibration, and Coalescence. From these 7 characteristics wederive 2 Core Laws and recover GR in the weak-field limit while predicting deviations at cosmological andquantum scales. ERT provides a material mechanism for cosmic expansion, matter formation, and gravitationalphenomena without dark energy or singularities. We present 4 falsifiable predictions testable with JWST,Euclid, and Voyager data.
