ABSTRACT This article addresses a critical challenge in postsecondary education: the persistent lack of diversity and limited pathways into STEM faculty roles, particularly at community colleges. We examine how the Aspire Alliance's Regional Collaboratives (RCs) model works to create sustainable two‐year and four‐year partnerships to advance and diversify STEM faculty pathways. The RCs serve as a model for fostering cross‐institutional collaboration and addressing equity gaps in STEM education. By leveraging regional strengths and partnerships, the initiative aims to broaden opportunities for diverse faculty and support systemic change in postsecondary education.
