This study looks into the impact of entrepreneurial potential on strategic growth, with a focus on the interactive role of knowledge generation effectiveness at Mobilis Mobile Telephony’s Regional Directorate in Bechar Province, Algeria. A descriptive-analytical methodology was used, with a structured questionnaire as the major data collection tool. The study sample consisted of 52 executives, including regional directors, sub-directors, department heads, and engineers. A purposive sampling strategy was used, resulting in a final sample of 46 respondents, of whom 41 valid questionnaires were obtained, reflecting an 89 percent response rate. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using Structural Equation Modelling (Partial Least Squares – PLS) in Smart PLS version 3.3.7. The findings found no statistically significant direct effect of entrepreneurial potential on strategic growth (p-value = 0.501). However, a statistically significant indirect effect was found, with entrepreneurial opportunity influencing strategic growth via knowledge generation as a mediating variable (p-value = 0.025). The study recommends the adoption of comprehensive strategies that strengthen knowledge management practices, foster organizational innovation, and enhance human and technical capabilities. Such measures are essential to effectively leverage entrepreneurial opportunities and achieve sustainable strategic growth.
