The Pioneer 10 and Pioneer 11 Spacecraft exhibited a persistent sunward deceleration of 8.74 ± 1.33 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s² that remained unexplained for nearly four decades. Legacy analyses ultimately attributed the signal to Anisotropic Thermal Recoil from the spacecraft's Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generators, relying heavily on post-hoc emissivity assumptions. The Electron Flow Model (EFM) provides a deterministic, medium-based resolution that eliminates the need for retroactive thermal phenomenological patching. Because gravity is a pressure gradient generated by the active consumption of the Vacuum Flux, the quantum vacuum acts as a real, viscous fluid. As the Pioneer Probes navigated outward through the radially declining pressure gradient of the solar Electron Void Gravitational Sphere (EVGS), they physically displaced this medium, experiencing Electron Pressure Drag. By applying standard Hydrodynamic Drag formulations scaled to the EFM viscosity and the spacecraft's precise aerodynamic cross-section, the EFM natively adapts its hydrodynamic cascade, bringing the calculated average deceleration (8.71 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s²) into pristine alignment with NASA's Archived Doppler Telemetry. Furthermore, the EFM mathematically proves why newer probes like New Horizons do not experience the anomaly, purely as a function of their superior ballistic density. This manuscript demonstrates that the Pioneer anomaly represents the first direct, macroscopic measurement of hydrodynamic drag on a human-made object traversing the Physical Quantum Vacuum. The Unified Fluid Cosmos Framework: This paper serves as Manuscript 26 Version 1 in the comprehensive series, Marabūt's Theory of Gravity. It presents the Electron Flow Model (EFM), a generative, fluid-dynamic framework designed to fundamentally replace Albert Einstein's General Relativity and standard Quantum Mechanics. The EFM shatters classical circularity with a single, undeniable foundational premise: Gravity is Pressure, not curvature, and not an intrinsic mass property.
