Correction program for Super Information Theory providing a bounded classical model and addressing mathematical inaccuracies.
Super Information Theory (SIT) Version 79 assembled a broad program connecting coherence, time, gravity, gauge structure, thermodynamics, computation, neuroscience, and arithmetic. That breadth obscured the status of individual claims, and several central mathematical statements were incorrect. In particular, density-matrix purity is not monotone under every completely positive trace-preserving map, nonunitary channels can preserve the purity of fixed states, and the quartic potential used in the proposed mass-gap argument was assigned the wrong vacuum. This correction draft retracts those statements and replaces the omnibus posture with a bounded classical model program. It specifies a two-derivative scalar-tensor model template, selects one physical matter metric, keeps physical electromagnetism explicitly independent, and separates a neutral macroscopic amplitude from quantum-state resource measures. The displayed action is not yet a controlled effective field theory: no symmetry-complete operator basis, power counting, renormalization scheme, or domain of validity has been supplied. No Riemann, Yang-Mills, cosmological, neural, or experimental result is claimed by the core model. The contribution is a safer research surface: explicit assumptions, exact counterexamples, restricted propositions, falsification gates, and a machine-readable claim ledger.
