Proposes a novel interpretation of action-reaction based on a four-level force model, suggesting new implications for classical mechanics.
Newton's Third Law — "To every action there is always opposed an equal reaction" — is a cornerstone of classical mechanics and the most typical expression of the ontological assumption that "force is interaction." This paper argues that this law describes the symmetrical refraction of Field-Force at the fourth level under conditions of no intervening medium, not the upstream essence of force. Based on the four-level Primordial Force model established in the White Paper Proof of the Origin of Force, this paper proposes the Ω-system definition of action-reaction: Action and reaction are the symmetrical refraction results of the same homologous Phi-Force flowing simultaneously through two adjacent protocol packages. The two refraction results are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, but this is not a binary interaction of "A acts on B, B reacts on A"; it is the symmetrical expression of the same Primordial Force across dual protocol packages. This paper establishes the layer-by-layer analysis of action-reaction within the four-level model, explaining the conditions under which Newton's Third Law holds in Newtonian mechanics (direct dual refraction without medium), the reason it fails in electromagnetic fields (secondary refraction through field medium), and the misreading of "being pushed back by the world" in spiritual contexts. This paper declares: Newton's Third Law is not a universal truth about force, but a symmetrical expression of Field-Force at the fourth level under specific conditions.
