Study proves local connectivity of the Mandelbrot set, indicating a breakthrough in complex dynamics.
The local connectivity of the Mandelbrot set (MLC conjecture) has remained one of the most formidable unproven conjectures in complex dynamics. Previous approaches, notably the geometric decomposition via Yoccoz puzzles, fundamentally fail at the microscopic boundary due to infinite fractal bifurcation and geometric singularities. In this paper, we bypass these classical geometric limitations by embedding the dynamical system into the non-commutative rough space H_R under the framework of Rough Operator Algebra (ROA). By introducing the non-commutative Chern-Simons invariant I_SCCS to absorb topological friction and enforcing a spectral gap bounded by the phase-lock constant C_SMT, we rigorously prove that the infinite fractal roughness algebraically flattens. Consequently, the Mandelbrot set is proven to be locally connected.
