As global economic integration deepens, supply chain management has grown increasingly central to enterprise development. However, recent events like escalation of China-U.S. trade frictions and decoupling have heightened global supply chain instability. Enhancing supply chain resilience is crucial to safeguarding economic stability and mitigating external shocks. This paper employs a case study of iFLYTEK to examine how supply chain resilience impacts corporate performance in the IT services industry. Findings reveal that resilience primarily influences performance through profitability and R&D investment, with economic policy uncertainty amplifying its effect. The conclusions help firms enhance competitiveness by developing resilient supply chains.
