Examines optimized production parameters to enhance quality and reduce emissions in polyester yarn, indicating significant improvements.
To solve the problem of low production quality due to the strong coupling between the process parameters of polyester low-elastic yarn, firstly, the carbon emission information in the production process of polyester low-elastic yarn was analyzed, the strong coupling relationship among process parameters was analyzed, and the orthogonal test scheme based on the signal-to-noise ratio was designed. Then, data association relationships among process parameters were processed, the combination weight and benefit ratio of process parameters were determined, and the process parameter optimization method based on fuzzy multi-criteria was proposed. Finally, as verified by the experiment, the research results have shown that during the production of polyester low-elastic yarn, when the tanker speed was 0.7r/min, the processing speed was 600m/min, the draft ratio was 1.55, the dipstick height was 180mm, the first hot-box temperature was 195°C, and the second hot-box temperature was 150°C, these six process parameters formed an optimized combination. Moreover, the production process reached the optimal state, and the carbon emission was reduced by 4.42%, while the average breaking strength was increased by 5.62%.
