Specification describes a framework for computing to reduce bottlenecks and enhance efficiency using innovative designs.
Abstract—This specification establishes the foundational, implementation-agnostic structural requirements for the Discrete Quadrature Framework (DQF), a discrete, self-regulating computing matrix designed to eliminate Von Neumann bottlenecks by collapsing internal spatial latency to absolute zero (Δ x = 0) within the node footprint. By purging continuous temporal dimensions and replacing scheduling infrastructures with hardcoded wave geometry, the framework leverages absolute, indivisible state transitions (Δ t) managed by a rigid master clock architecture and bounded by the quantum action limit (Δ E · Δ t ≥ / 2). Symmetrical power carrier waves maintain a constant multi-phase vector sum, structurally preventing instantaneous over-current spikes (di/dt → ∞). A preferred hardware realization maps this architecture directly to a monolithic, co-designed microfluidic-spintronic heterostructure. The frontside logic tier utilizes three-terminal Spin-Orbit Torque (SOT) cells integrated on an ultra-thin heavy metal conduction substrate (Beta-Tungsten or Platinum) to execute independent Forward and Reverse threads concurrently via the Spin Hall Effect. Non-volatile atomic state storage is achieved using a Cobalt-Iron-Boron Free Ferromagnetic Layer locked against a Magnesium Oxide insulating tunnel barrier. To mitigate hyper-focused Landauer thermodynamic heat accumulation (Q = k_B T ln 2) at the fused junction, the substrate backplane integrates deep reactive-ion etched (DRIE) micro-capillary fluid channels insulated by a high-thermal, electrically non-conductive Silicon Nitride (Si_3N_4) layer. Plane-switching metrics are completely automated via a passive, kinematic domino loop: volumetric velocity acceleration engineered into a tapered Incline channel supplies a direct physical impact force upon arrival, natively inducing the localized Voltage-Controlled Magnetic Anisotropy (VCMA) field modulation required to swing the state-preservation layer vector by 90^∘ in sub-nanosecond intervals with near-zero dynamic electronic overhead.
