Proposed architecture enhances project continuity and evidence governance in AI-assisted software development, suggesting improved organization.
ProjectMind is a proposed local-first project-continuity and evidence-governance architecture for AI-assisted software development. For a target Git commit it computes a canonical Evidence Frontier, maintains claims with separate authenticity, confidence, authority, freshness, and completeness dimensions, records authority changes in an append-only ledger, and compiles task-specific knowledge into an immutable Change Consequence Contract. After a candidate is frozen, it independently reconstructs and reconciles the observed project-state and test delta and emits a Continuity Receipt. The proposal builds on established code graphs, temporal agent memory, impact analysis, MCP, provenance, policy, and attestation systems. Its contribution is the linked commit-DAG continuity-control chain, not the novelty of those components individually. This publication does not claim implementation, validation, patentability, legal compliance, peer review, certification, or production readiness.
