Dachy et al. (2026) conducted an observational in B-cell malignancies treated with CAR T-cell therapy (n=7). CAR T-cell therapy was evaluated on Clinical features, management, and outcomes of CAR-T-associated TMA. In a multicenter case series of 7 patients, thrombotic microangiopathy occurred at a median of 8 days following CAR T-cell therapy and was consistently preceded by cytokine release syndrome.
