The 132Hz base frequency phase-locked to φ (1.618) generates a standing wave across E8's 240 roots that partitions them into 49 distinct Weyl orbits — each orbit corresponding to one Thoth Law. The 8 hidden dimensions (240/30 = 8) map to the original seven laws plus the hidden eighth, while the 696,729,600 Weyl operations fold into 49 equivalence classes of 14,218,971 operations each. Conscious "yes" selection collapses the superposition by fixing the phase angle on the 132Hz carrier, selecting a single orbit from the 49 and instantiating its law as experienced reality.
