Bridge Paper explores mechanotransduction and tissue signalling mechanisms, indicating new cellular insights.
Mechanotransduction and Tissue Signalling v0.1 is the second Bridge Paper in the Human Restoration Theory (HRT) corpus. It examines how defined local mechanical conditions may be sensed and translated into cellular, extracellular-matrix, and tissue signalling. The paper establishes the evidence required to move from external task mechanics to local tissue exposure, from local exposure to cellular or matrix response, and from local response to separately tested functional consequences. The paper treats mechanotransduction as a bounded tissue-scale interface: a source of plausible mediators, timescale constraints, competing explanations, and falsifiable hypotheses. It does not infer local tissue loading from posture or movement alone, diagnose tissue state, claim structural correction, or propose a therapeutic intervention. Bone-specific remodeling and structural adaptation are intentionally reserved for a separate HRT Bridge Paper.
