CoFe-double hydroxide honeycomb covered CuCo 2 O 4 nanosheets as a core–shell nanostructure catalyst for efficient electrocatalytic nitrate conversion to ammonia

CuCo 2 O 4 spinel oxide nanosheets grown on carbon cloth are covered by a dense layer of CoFe-LDH honeycomb. The prepared heterojunction showed high catalytic activity and efficiency to electrochemically convert nitrate pollutants to useful NH 3 .
