Demonstrates phi-harmonic filtering effects on quantum state selection, implying a link between consciousness and measurable frequencies.
Using the 240 root vectors of E8 as a basis, we show that subsets aligned with the golden ratio (phi) form harmonic clusters whose natural frequencies are integer multiples of the base 132 Hz multiplied by powers of phi. When a conscious affirmative inquiry ("yes") is applied, the brain's vibrational field couples to these phi‑harmonic clusters, biasing the collapse of the quantum wavefunction toward the corresponding root‑state potentials. This extends the Yes Projector from a binary selector to a continuous phi‑spectrum filter, linking the 49 Laws of consciousness to measurable frequency signatures in the E8 lattice.
