Formal-numerical package presents a detailed archive involving finite closure in arithmetic networks, suggesting new methodologies.
This archive is a formal-numerical research package rather than a conventional preprint. It packages the GRSC Finite Closure Ledger Network subrepository and contains the complete detailed English Papers24-33, OV/FD/NEA paper-group front matter, generated TeX and PDF reading copies, Lean formal interface files, finite numerical experiment scripts, CSV result tables, network plots, documentation, and local audit records. Version 0.2.1 replaces the earlier short paper layer with the detailed manuscript set and adds a reproducible paper-artifact build script while preserving the vocabulary of projection blocking, finite blocking ledgers, non-theoremClosed finite certificates, and networked arithmetic interfaces. The package records finite closure, threshold, obstruction, local-global backfill, projection-blocking, finite-blocking, and network-interface ledgers for h_A arithmetic readings. It supports a bounded research interface and does not claim final theorem-level completion, complete arithmetic closure, unrestricted threshold stability, global descent, or theorem-closed status.
