Case study evaluates MMe-AI operating system in real estate, highlighting architecture and functionality implications.
MMe-AI is examined as a multi-tenant, industry-specific business operating-system architecture through its RS Real Estate implementation. A design-science software case study traces client and founder applications, FastAPI routes, tenant-associated data models, operational modules, and configuration-dependent AI and publishing adapters. A public OpenAPI snapshot exposed 94 paths and 110 operations; the founder build passed while lint and environment-dependent checks identified unresolved limitations. No formal user study or production benchmark was conducted. The research manuscript contributes an evidence-traceable architecture and preliminary evaluation while distinguishing implemented, hybrid, mock, placeholder, and unverified functionality.
