Background: One of the most common medical disorders is hypertension which is associated with an increased incidence of all-cause and cardiovascular disease mortality. Exercise programs that primarily involve endurance activity prevent the development of hypertension and lower blood pressure in adults with perfect hemostatic equilibrium with increase in both thrombocytic activity and equal increase in fibrinolytic activity. Objective: To study the effect of exercise on blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and other physiological blood parameters in healthy adults.
