This research presents a comprehensive product line profitability and margin performance analysis for Nassau Candy Distributor using order-level sales data from January 2024 to December 2025. The study evaluates 10,194 order-line records across 15 products and three product divisions to identify the key drivers of revenue, gross profit, and gross margin. Using exploratory data analysis (EDA), profitability metrics, division-level performance analysis, Pareto analysis, and cost structure diagnostics, the research highlights profit concentration, margin risks, and operational inefficiencies. The findings show that a small group of chocolate products contributes the majority of revenue and profit, while certain low-margin products require pricing or portfolio review. The study concludes with data-driven recommendations to improve pricing strategies, product portfolio optimization, cost management, and long-term business profitability. The accompanying project also includes an interactive Streamlit dashboard for real-time business analytics and decision support.
