ESTHER-RP-001: Centered Agency Under Persistent Uncertainty

ESTHER-RP-001 is an English public working paper and bounded executable research package on centered agency under persistent uncertainty. It formalizes causal memory, selective operational commitment, temporal witness, obligation continuity, auditable substrate interaction, and a falsifiable matched persistent-profile control programme. The release includes the full English manuscript, normative specifications, reference implementations, tests, reproducibility receipts, and open human-review and endpoint-rater calls. It does not claim consciousness, personhood, AGI, empirical continuity, production security, or quantum necessity.
