Pure Time Theory - Living Application I - From Pure Time to Lived Time - Fundamental chemistry, the living and heritability under axial transport

RÉSUMÉ (français — langue de réflexion) Application I reçoit du Chapitre X vEN19 une fondation déjà fermée : le support spatial 4D, le centrage 4 = 3_⊥ + 1_T qui impose σ_k = 1/2, le passage du porteur spatial T au Temps Pur orienté τ, mode-1 comme porteur vibratoire global, les deux régimes d'interface, la cellule canonique du résidu de phase, le pont mécanique physique–chimie, les lois génériques de frontière interne et la non-restauration spectrale. Elle instancie ensuite ces résultats sans les redériver : eau à large couloir, argile-moule, bol et manche, F1, contre-forme miroir F2, seconde lignée amphiphile dérivée à la frontière F1–film, bicouche, passage sériel, capture intérieure, première cellule close, fission en deux filles, registre cumulatif et maintien de l'usine vivante inconsciente. L'article sépare typographiquement et logiquement deux couches. La couche I décrit les objets et mouvements réels : sous-porteurs, accroches, cohésion, secousses, membrane, eau, contre-formes et registre. La couche II décrit les lectures internes : χ, C_loc, T_relax, N_(τ|loc), la température locale PTT Θ(Q, n; t), la température interne PTT normalisée de strate ϑ_k(t), le gate de disponibilité locale G_W(t), R_div, seuils, ratios et compteurs. Ces lectures restent en regard de la chaîne : elles permettent de lire les effets du tronc mécanique, elles ne l'engendrent jamais. La clôture d'Application I est l'usine vivante inconsciente : une organisation close, en symbiose avec l'eau, moulée par un environnement spectral fini, conservant un registre cumulatif transmissible et un maintien structurel interne. Elle exclut explicitement pilote, agent, ressenti, mémoire comme accès subjectif, qalb, rūh, intention, libre arbitre et orientation subjective dans l'axe. L'orientation mécanique de la quatrième direction spatiale, devenue τ, est déjà dérivée au Chapitre X ; ce qui commence avec Application II est l'orientation axiale par un pilote. ABSTRACT (English — translation) Application I receives from Chapter X vEN19 an already-closed foundation: the 4D spatial support, the centering 4 = 3_⊥ + 1_T that forces σ_k = 1/2, the passage from the spatial carrier T to oriented Pure Time τ, mode-1 as the global vibratory carrier, the two interface regimes, the canonical phase-residue cell, the mechanical physics–chemistry bridge, the generic internal-boundary laws, and spectral non-restoration. It then instantiates these results without re-deriving them: wide-corridor water, clay mold, bowl and stem, F1, mirror counter-form F2, a second amphiphilic lineage derived at the F1–film boundary, bilayer, serial passage, interior capture, first closed cell, fission into two daughters, cumulative register, and persistence of the unconscious living factory. The article separates two layers, both typographically and logically. Layer I describes the real objects and motions: sub-carriers, hooks, cohesion, excitations, membrane, water, counter-forms, and register. Layer II describes the internal readings: χ, C_loc, T_relax, N_(τ|loc), the local PTT temperature Θ(Q, n; t), the normalized internal PTT temperature of the stratum ϑ_k(t), the local availability gate G_W(t), R_div, thresholds, ratios, and counters. These readings remain alongside the chain: they allow one to read the effects of the mechanical trunk, they never generate it. The closure of Application I is the unconscious living factory: a closed organization, in symbiosis with water, molded by a finite spectral environment, conserving a transmissible cumulative register and an internal structural persistence. It explicitly excludes pilot, agent, felt experience, memory as subjective access, qalb, rūh, intention, free will, and subjective orientation within the axis. The mechanical orientation of the fourth spatial direction, once it has become τ, is already derived in Chapter X; what begins with Application II is axial orientation by a pilot.
