This is the full English version of V4.1 cosmological manuscript based on three fundamental axioms, which reinterprets gravity, redshift and cosmic evolution, compatible with general relativity under weak field conditions. This theoretical framework has also been submitted to the preprint platform of Renmin University of China under a separate Chinese title. The core axioms, full derivations and observational predictions of both submissions are identical, and both records serve as original copyright certification evidence of the author. This manuscript is V4.1 of the SS Paradigm of Original Universe, a self-consistent global cosmological theoretical framework. The abbreviation "SS Paradigm" is derived from the initials of the sole author Sheng Shuai; the term "paradigm" follows the standard definition of philosophy of science, referring to a complete cosmic theory with exclusive underlying axioms, rigorous logical chains and multi-scale observable predictions. The entire theory is built on three minimal fundamental axioms, proposing core mechanisms including origin potential, inward spatial flow and origin self-recovery. It reconstructs the underlying logic of gravity, the origin of spacetime, dark matter and dark energy. Under the weak-field limit, it is naturally consistent with general relativity and Newtonian classical gravity, and can uniformly explain cross-scale astronomical phenomena such as galactic matter gradients, black hole evolution, Hubble constant spatial gradient, Venus retrograde rotation and Roche limit. This theory has been independently conceived and iterated by the author for more than ten years, with all creation completed independently. Early phased popular science records were released on Douyin and Zhihu as public creation archives. Multiple iterative versions (V1, V3.3, V4.0) have been submitted to the preprint platform of Renmin University of China, with unalterable timestamps stored on the platform as original rights confirmation evidence. This theory has essential differences from the π Universe Model in underlying axioms, mathematical systems and deduction logic, with no plagiarism or borrowing of external complete cosmic models. General AI tools were used during manuscript writing for literature retrieval, logical verification, formula typesetting and text polishing. All core axioms, original derivations, observational predictions and underlying ideas are independently created by the author Sheng Shuai. AI only acts as an auxiliary tool for knowledge retrieval and text editing, and holds no copyright of the theoretical creation. Supplementary rights statement: The contributor labeled "Heibaiyouchang" (Chinese pen name, automatic translation deviation exists on the page) is an exclusive self-media pen name of the sole author Sheng Shuai. All relevant theoretical popular science content on Douyin and Zhihu is published under this pen name. The pen name belongs to the same natural person as the primary author, with no co-authors.
