Systematic review examines barriers and facilitators to livestock health service delivery in low- and middle-income countries, highlighting critical insights for future interventions.
This protocol registers a systematic review examining barriers and facilitators to livestock health service delivery during armed conflict in low- and middle-income countries. It builds on an earlier unregistered pilot scoping exercise (2000–2025, Sub-Saharan Africa-concentrated) by extending the search window through 2026 and deepening search coverage in three previously underrepresented regions: Central America/Caribbean, West Africa (Sahel), and South Asia. The review follows PRISMA-P 2015 and will report according to PRISMA 2020.
