This paper introduces the Theory of Kernel-Reduction with Tri-Base and Quad-Modular Structure (TBQM), a novel framework for integer canonical decomposition based on the structural element (2,3,4,). The theory establishes a unique representation for all non-zero integers ๐=2๐โ 3๐โ (4๐ยฑ1)under the constraint ๐โก0(mod3) . Beyond mere arithmetic decomposition, TBQM is presented as a self-generating mathematical axiom-structure that naturally extends into continuous field theory, integrable systems, analytic number theory, and algebraic geometry. Key derivations include the Riccati equation, wave equations with incommensurable wave speed, Dirichlet L-functions, modular forms on ฮ0(12) , and elliptic curves. The theory also yields deterministic polynomial-time encoding/decoding algorithms and a sparse representation for large integers, all without reliance on unproven conjectures.
